The caseload focuses on early childhood, providing vital speech and language services in a pediatric setting. Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Duration: August 26, 2025 - June 11, 2026 (School Year Contract) Work Environment: On-site only Key Responsibilities: Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders in young children Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to early childhood needs Collaborate with educators and families to support the child's communication development Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities related to early childhood SLP practice Qualifications: Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience working in healthcare and pediatric settings preferred Prior experience providing services in school environments is highly desirable Ability to work effectively on-site with young children and interdisciplinary teams Strong communication and organizational skills This opportunity suits an experienced SLP passionate about early childhood intervention in a school-based setting.
