We are actively searching for a dedicated and experienced Independent Virtual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to join our team. This role, which operates as an independent contractor (1099), provides a unique opportunity to work remotely, delivering vital speech and language therapy services to students across Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Facilitate engaging and effective virtual speech therapy sessions for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and take advantage of professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Ohio state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
• Demonstrated experience with virtual therapy platforms.
• Exhibit strong communication, organization, and self-management skills.
