A contracted Occupational Therapist position is available to support a K-12 school environment in Sanford, FL for the upcoming school year. This role focuses on providing therapy services to students, enhancing their functional skills and supporting their educational goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet student needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and education staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions
• Ensuring compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements

Desired qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
