Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in need of physical therapy services? Center for Specialty Care, located in Fairmont, MN, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a part of our outpatient orthopedic center, you will have access to in-house MRI, X-ray, and surgery center, allowing for comprehensive care for our patients. Most of our patients are referred from within the organization, providing a collaborative and integrated approach to treatment. With a focus on spine care, we offer both non-operative and operative treatment options, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. We also provide pre-op and post-op care, making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Join us and make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-op and post-op care to patients
• Offer non-operative and operative treatment options
• Specialize in spine care for a large population
• Collaborate with physicians and physical therapists to develop treatment plans
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve patient outcomes

Required Skills:

• Physical Therapy Degree or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant 
• Joint Mobilization
• Manual Therapy
• Outpatient Orthopedics
• Special training / Interest is welcome

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $85,000.00 with bonus potential
• Maximum Salary: $125,000.00 with bonus potential
