Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to elementary-aged students to support their educational goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary communication.
Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist license is required.
