Daily Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques such as joint mobilization, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop and implement effective treatment strategies
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Required Skills:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation and orthopedics
• Knowledge of treatment planning and therapeutic exercise techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hand therapy, electrical stimulation, and soft tissue mobilization
• Knowledge of lymphedema, vestibular rehabilitation, and hydrotherapy
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation and gait training
• Proficiency in neuromuscular therapy, dry needling, and rehabilitation techniques
