Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time role in Lawton, OK for the 2025-2026 school year. This school-based position offers the opportunity to work with a consistent caseload of 50 students, supporting their communication needs in a collaborative and supportive environment. A virtual SLP supervisor will be provided. Responsibilities:
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Carry out individualized treatment plans and interventions
Document student progress and complete session notes
Collaborate with school staff and families to support student outcomes
Modify therapy strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Participate in IEP meetings and school team collaboration as needed Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited SLPA program
Active SLPA license in Oklahoma or eligibility to obtain
School-based experience preferred but not required
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Comfortable working under virtual supervision Benefits:
