Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Molino, Florida. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to support students growth by delivering individualized occupational therapy services that enhance functional independence, academic achievement, and overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functional abilities within the educational setting

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student-specific goals and needs

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across multiple grade levels

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support the implementation of IEP goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective and appropriate educational plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements

• Support students in building the skills necessary for participation in academic tasks and daily school routines

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

• Valid Florida Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure

• Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred

• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills
