Occupational Therapist School Setting - Hayward, CA

Provide occupational therapy services in a K-12 school setting on a leave contract basis. This opportunity is located in Burlingame, CA, offering a flexible schedule with hours and days per week to be determined. The successful candidate will work with students requiring support to improve their functional skills and participation in the school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Experience working in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to student needs
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide professional recommendations
• Adapt therapy goals and strategies to facilitate student success in academic and social environments
