We have an exciting, mission-based opportunity in a beautiful Maine community close to the coast. PCHC invites you to become part of one of the most inventive FQHCs in the country. The Therapist provides assessments and counseling for our geriatric population within our Community Care & Geriatric department, modeling a psychosocial multi-disciplinary integrated approach to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

LCSW, LCPC, LMFT and Conditionally Licensed providers are encouraged to apply. Advanced degree in MH Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy required. Must be licensed or eligible for licensing in the state of Maine to provide mental health counseling. All externally hired LCSW/LCPC/LMFT's will receive a sign-on/retention bonus ranging from $10,000 to $15,000, depending on prior experience!

Highlights:

  • This position is planned for full-time 40 hours per week, generally Monday - Friday, working 4-10 hour days, specific days to be determined.
  • This position is planned for primarily in-person, on-site work.
  • Employee will serve facilities in Bangor, Camden, Belfast, Ellsworth, and potentially others. Additional reimbursement for mileage is available.
  • Must be able to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills.
  • This position is very interdisciplinary and collaborates with many teams.
