Speech-Language Pathologist

This is a full-time, permanent position, currently located at Black Rock School (Grades Pre K-3). See attached job description for more information.

Salary Range (Step 1 through Step 13):

• Bachelor's Degree: $41,699 to $83,200
• Master's Degree: $45,894 to $91,842
• 30 Credits above Master's Degree or 6th Year Degree: $48,848 to $98,422.

Work day is 7.25 hours; work year is 185 days (*186 for new hires).

Additional information is found in the current Professional Agreement between the Thomaston Board of Education and the Thomaston Education Association .

The Thomaston Public Schools district is located in Thomaston, Connecticut which encompasses a land area of 12 square miles and has a population of 7,922. The Town is 10 miles south of Torrington, 23 miles west of Hartford and is bordered by Waterbury, Plymouth, Harwinton, Litchfield, and Watertown. Thomaston is a residential community that consists predominantly of single-family homes affordable across a broad range of income levels.
