SLP CFY - Birmingham, AL

A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to serve K-12 students in a school setting located in Birmingham, AL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer speech and language assessments to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district protocols and state regulations
• Provide consultative services as needed to support student communication goals

Qualifications:

• Completion or near completion of a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Currently enrolled in or eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Valid license or eligibility to practice as an SLP in Alabama
• Experience or coursework related to K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage effectively with children and school staff
