  • Educate patients and their families to foster progress outside of therapy visits.
  • Conduct occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, maintaining seamless care throughout the entire treatment process.
  • Keep thorough and timely documentation compliant with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Educational Background

  • A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for candidates not yet holding ASHA certification.

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
