Collaborative Care: Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a supportive, inclusive learning experience.
Therapy Services: Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring every student gets the attention they need.
Progress Monitoring: Keep track of student progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
IEP Involvement: Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering your expertise to the team.
Professional Development: Share your knowledge and insights with staff to enhance the overall school environment.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
CT state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Preferred: Experience in a school-based setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
