Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Santa Fe, NM Healthcare

Relient Health seeks a caring and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work in a great Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This full-time, permanent position is a chance to make a real difference in the patients' lives at this facility.

Qualifications

* You must be a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (or new grad COTA)

* You must have an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant

* Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification

* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

Responsibilities

* Screening patients

* Documenting progress toward identified objectives

* Administering occupational therapy services as directed by a registered occupational therapist

* Conducting patient and family education

* Delivering quality occupational therapy services

* Putting patient service first

* Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
