Psychotherapist LMSW or LMHC

A NYC-based nonprofit organization is seeking a Psychotherapist to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to youth and families in the Bronx. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 10:30am to 6:30pm or 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm Setting: Clinic Patient Population: Ages 3 to 18 (Medicaid-eligible) Caseload: 28 to 42 patients Responsibilities: Carry a caseload of clients and deliver weekly therapy to youth Conduct clinical intakes, mental health assessments, and diagnostic evaluations Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions (30-60 minutes based on modality) Participate in on-call crisis rotation; respond to urgent client needs Complete all required documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) within agency timelines (typically 24 hours for notes) Conduct ongoing treatment planning and case analysis to support measurable outcomes Participate in staff meetings, team case reviews, and ongoing training Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or (Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT)
