Physical Therapist Highland IN (10 miles SW of Gary)
Part time (20-30hrs per week)
$110k-$156k
We are looking for a physical therapist to join our group in Highland IN. Ideally the incoming physical therapist has strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills, and patient rapport, and excellent communication and time management skills. This position is orthopedic focused and a huge plus if the physical therapist has pelvic floor therapy experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical therapist who wants some flexibility in their hours as the position is part time (20-30 hours per week).

We are a well-established, privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in Highland, IN, serving the community for over 6 years. Our clinic specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation and offers a supportive and professional work environment. We are growing and seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. We offer a variety of therapies and treatments to include Manual therapy, Neuromuscular re-education, Therapeutic exercise, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Kinesiology taping, Pelvic floor therapy, and Functional movement training.
Duties:
  • Performing detailed initial evaluations and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
  • Delivering hands-on care, including manual therapy, myofascial release, and therapeutic exercise
  • (Optional) Providing pelvic floor therapy for applicable patients, including pre/postnatal and pelvic pain cases
  • Educating patients on recovery and home exercise programs
  • Documenting all treatments in a timely and accurate manner using our EMR system
  • Tracking progress, updating plans of care, and collaborating with referring physicians
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to clinic goals
Requirements:
  • Valid Indiana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Pelvic floor therapy experience is a strong plus
Schedule:
  • Flexible part-time schedule (20-30 hours/week)
Compensation:
  • $110k-$156k annually (depending on experience) plus performance-based bonuses
