We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Arkansas to provide remote occupational therapy services to a K-12 school district. This 1099 contractor position offers flexibility and autonomy to work remotely while supporting students developmental and functional needs.

• Deliver virtual occupational therapy services aligned with students IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and assessments remotely

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff in a virtual environment

• Participate in virtual IEP meetings

• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation and progress notes

• Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

• Active Arkansas OT license

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a school setting preferred

• Teletherapy experience is a plus, but not required

• Must pass VocoVisions technical screening

• Comfortable using digital tools and teletherapy platforms
