Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Rutland, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Rutland, Massachusetts. This is a meaningful opportunity to support K12 students by delivering speech and language services that enhance communication skills and foster academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to assess student needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, special education professionals, and families to support student progress

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, services, and student progress

• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations

• Support classroom integration of communication strategies and tools

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Active Massachusetts SLP license

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills
