Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Oakham, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Oakham, Massachusetts. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide speech and language services that help K12 students develop essential communication skills and succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students needs

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, services, and progress reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and accommodations

• Support the integration of communication strategies within the classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Massachusetts state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

• Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
