RehabVisions is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our hospital-based clinic in Ellensburg, WAa charming college town surrounded by mountain views and outdoor adventure.

Whether you're an experienced SLP or early in your career, this full-time opportunity offers the chance to treat a broad range of populationsincluding pediatricswhile delivering both inpatient and outpatient care. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values mentorship, work-life balance, and clinical excellence.

What You'll Enjoy:

Full-time hospital clinic role in Ellensburg, WA

Treat a diverse caseload across inpatient and outpatient settings

Conduct swallowing evaluations - bedside and imaging-based

Opportunity to work with all age groups, including pediatrics

CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs encouraged to apply

Pay range: $40 - $50/hour, dependent on experience

Up to $10,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses

Your Role Includes:

Evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders

Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans

Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Assisting with departmental growth and education

Staying current on clinical best practices

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Graduate of an accredited therapy program

Washington state licensure (or eligibility)
