What Youll Do:
Deliver both direct and consultative OT services
Complete assessments and evaluation reports
Collaborate with IEP teams and write measurable goals
Use Embrace for IEP documentation (training provided)
Work with approximately 5565 students across the district
Position Specs:
Start Date: August 2025 (ASAP)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Setting: Itinerant; multiple school sites
Caseload Model: Traditional caseload
What You Need:
Valid Illinois OT license
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based experience a plus but not required
