- Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions emphasizing communication, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate effectively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop comprehensive care strategies.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to enhance progress outside of the clinical environment.
- Participate in the occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions, ensuring a continuum of care throughout the patients journey.

Education
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a regionally accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.
Certifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.
