• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to support their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care

• Monitor Progress and Adapt Approaches: Keep track of treatment developments and modify plans to ensure ongoing patient success

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
