About the Role We're excited to add a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to our expanding Speech Department! This position is based in Suffolk County , with a primarily home care caseload and opportunities to transition into one of our many outpatient clinics across Long Island. Requirements Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of New York TSSLD Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan. Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care. Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate speech therapy techniques & HEP Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications (live course) Salary Description 80,000
