• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create individualized therapy strategies to support their journey towards achieving functional objectives.

• Collaboration Across Disciplines: Partner with an interdisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, integrated care.
• Educate Patients and Family Members: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that promote ongoing progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Monitor Patient Progress: Keep detailed records of clinical metrics and modify therapy plans to ensure patients are meeting their goals.

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications highly encouraged and fostered

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification necessary
