Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and develop individualized therapy plans aimed at helping them achieve their personal goals

• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside occupational, physical, and speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic treatment

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement and support for continued education or post-graduate certifications

Licensure and Certification

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
