Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Auburn, NY is seeking five Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the current school year on a contract basis. These roles are ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, clinical fellowship year (CFY), and school settings. Open Positions Include: 1.0 FTE for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) team in Solvay, NY 1.0 FTE for an elementary caseload in Tully, NY 2.0 FTEs for elementary caseloads in Baldwinsville, NY 1.0 FTE itinerant position serving Onondaga County Qualifications: Current Speech-Language Pathology certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings Background in teletherapy is preferred Ability to manage K-12 caseloads effectively Willingness to provide itinerant services where applicable Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy services to students K-12 in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and reports Adapt therapy approaches for in-person and teletherapy modalities as required This contract opportunity provides the chance to work within diverse educational environments across multiple locations in New York.
