Our inpatient Physical Therapy department at Willis Knighton North is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work with clients in the acute care setting, providing weekday and weekend coverage. This PTA will work closely with other PTs and PTAs as well as with nursing staff. New graduates will be considered, but preference will be given to the experienced applicant. The chosen PTA must be licensed to practice as a PTA in Louisiana. In addition to new employee hospital orientation, the PTA will receive departmental orientation and be assigned a mentor. This employee would work a minimum of one weekend a month, as well as some holidays.
