Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to work with our amazing team at the Ash Grove Healthcare Facility and Rehabilitation. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 long-term care facilities, and 1 residential care facility. About the department: Equipped with specialized technologies, including Balance Master, VitalStim, and Anodyne, the Rehab Services Department works closely with physicians to provide acute and outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to restore the functional abilities of patients. Emphasis is placed on collaboration and teamwork, and new therapists are encouraged to grow their skills through professional development and mentorship. The department routinely finishes within the 90th percentile or better in the nation for patient satisfaction. A typical day includes: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy treatments for patients by utilizing equipment, supplies, and procedures appropriate to achieve intended outcomes.
