We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a special education team for the 20252026 school year. This full-time, on-site role involves providing OT services to students with diverse needs in a collaborative school environment.
The therapist will work closely with educators, families, and support staff to help students improve functional skills and participate fully in their educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
Develop and implement treatment plans, monitoring student progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district guidelines
Active New York State Occupational Therapy License (required)
Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Comfortable managing a K12 caseload in a school setting
Interviews conducted via Zoom
Flexible interview scheduling
Hiring decisions made within 2448 hours of interview
