• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients needs and design individualized therapy approaches to help them meet their personal goals

• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical staff, and nurses to provide holistic and comprehensive care

• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor treatment outcomes and modify plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on track

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution
• Ongoing education or postgraduate certifications are encouraged and supported

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
