Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Location: Crandall, TX 75114 Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site position in Crandall, Texas for the 2025-2026 school year. This K-12 caseload includes support from two on-site SLPAs. Guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and weekly direct deposit offered. Position Overview: As the lead SLP, you'll collaborate with school staff and families to assess and support students' communication needs, with SLPA assistance in delivering services. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Supervise and collaborate with 2 on-site SLPAs Provide direct and consultative therapy services Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation Serve a diverse K-12 student population Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Texas SLP license (or eligibility) ASHA CCC-SLP required Strong communication and supervisory skills School-based experience preferred Benefits: Weekly W-2 pay Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match CEU reimbursement Apply: Submit your resume to to apply.
