The Physical Therapy Aide provides family centered healthcare under the direction of a Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant utilizing holistic and interdisciplinary approach to deliver state of the art care to all patients; assists with treatment and patient care; prepares patient for the appropriate therapy; performs clerical duties as requested; orders and stocks supplies; cleans equipment between patient use and as scheduled for regular maintenance; assembles and transports assistive devices; recognizes chanres in patient status requiring therapist notification; identifies malfunctioning equipment and take appropriate action;regular and prompt attendance; ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required; related duties as required.
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
