We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district in Tennessee for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing evaluation, assessment, and therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders within a supportive and collaborative school environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals Provide direct speech therapy services to students in individual and group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Tennessee SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred Experience working in school-based settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for working with children and supporting their communication development Benefits: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Supportive work environment Professional development opportunities How to Apply:
