• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their personal goals.

• Collaborate with Medical Teams: Work in synergy with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care.

• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient satisfaction and results.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuous learning and additional certifications are encouraged and supported.

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification as a prerequisite.
