Job Description
  • Create Individualized Therapy Plans: Assess patients needs and design tailored treatment strategies to support them in reaching their personal functional goals.
  • Implement Therapeutic Interventions: Apply research-supported techniques to improve patients motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily self-care tasks.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Partner with other OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care.
  • Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families on therapy approaches to facilitate ongoing progress outside of clinical settings.
  • Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary to ensure continued patient success.
Education
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
  • Encouragement and support provided for continuing education or post-graduate certifications.
Certifications
  • Possession of a valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
