Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Janaf, VA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Janaf, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide essential speech and language services that support the academic, social, and emotional development of K12 students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify student needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students communication goals

• Deliver direct therapy services in alignment with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and related service providers to ensure coordinated support

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations

• Adjust interventions based on ongoing data analysis and team feedback

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Valid Virginia SLP license or eligibility to obtain

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants welcome

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
