A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support a middle school caseload during a maternity leave from October through June. This contract position is onsite, serving three schools within a K-12 district located in Murrieta, CA. The role offers a chance to provide specialized speech and language services to middle school students, helping them achieve their communication goals during this critical developmental period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy to middle school students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and design individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure is required
- Experience or certification in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, school settings, or clinical fellowship year (CFY) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite and manage a full-time caseload effectively
