Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients functional independence, daily living skills, and overall developmental progress in an outpatient clinical setting.
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and each clients unique therapeutic goals.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, client progress, and communications with caregivers and healthcare providers.
Work closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavioral specialists, and medical staff to deliver coordinated, client-centered care.
