• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies to facilitate the achievement of their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide training for patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure progress is sustained at home
• Track and Adjust Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify therapy plans as necessary, keeping patients aligned with their goals

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuous education and postgraduate certifications encouraged and supported

• Currently Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
