Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for an elementary school serving grades PreK-5. This contract position spans the entire school year and is based in Trenton, NJ. The role provides essential speech and language services to support students' communication and literacy development. Responsibilities include: Delivering individualized speech-language therapy to PreK-5 students Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with regulations Participating in team meetings and parent conferences Qualifications: Valid Speech Language Pathologist certification (CCC required) Experience working with elementary-aged children Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment Location and Schedule: Based in Trenton, NJ Monday through Friday, 8:40 AM to 3:40 PM Contract duration: full school year First day of school: September 4, 2025 First day of direct services: September 10, 2025 This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on students' educational success by enhancing their communication skills.
