Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Delmar, DE Area Location: Delmar, DE area Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 Hours/Week Caseload: Some Pre-K, primarily 5th-12th grade Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based team in the Delmar, DE area for the 2025-2026 school year. This position offers autonomy in scheduling and a manageable caseload of approximately 30-35 students. Position Details: Full-time, onsite position Caseload of 30-35 students Students range from Pre-K to high school, with a focus on grades 5-12 Ability to create your own schedule Onsite only (no teletherapy option at this time) Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy and evaluations Support IEP development and student progress tracking Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams Maintain compliance with state and school documentation standards Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Delaware SLP license or eligibility ASHA CCC preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome Experience preferred but not required Benefits: Weekly W-2 pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match CEU reimbursement and professional development support How to Apply:
