A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide on-site services within a K-12 school setting in Oakland, CA. This role involves working collaboratively with a dedicated team of educators and therapists to ensure students with speech and language challenges receive effective support throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student communication needs
• Manage caseload assignments tailored to experience and district requirements, spanning PreK12

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based settings highly regarded
