Job Responsibilities- Develop Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients individual needs and create personalized therapy plans that empower them to achieve their functional objectives.

- Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic care that addresses all aspects of a patient's health.
- Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy methodologies to enable ongoing progress at home.
- Track Progress and Adjust as Necessary: Monitor and document clinical outcomes, adapting treatment strategies to meet patient needs effectively.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Commitment to ongoing education and professional development through additional certifications is welcomed and supported.
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
- NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
