Speech Pathology - Renton, WA

This position is for a Speech Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in Renton, WA for the 2025-2026 school year. The role offers an onsite, contract opportunity from September 2, 2025, through June 16, 2026, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, Monday through Friday, typically 8 AM to 4 PM based on building assignments.

Responsibilities include evaluating a wide range of communication disorderssuch as receptive and expressive language, articulation, voice, fluency, and neuromuscular and non-vocal impairments. The clinician will document evaluation results and link the impact of communication challenges to students' educational performance. Developing and implementing treatment plans, making intervention recommendations, and contributing to individualized education programs (IEPs) are essential functions. Caseloads will be determined post-interview, with an estimated average of 45+ students per clinician, spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels according to professional interests.

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Valid Washington State SLP license (ESA)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Recent fingerprint clearance completed through OSPI within the last two years
• Experience working within school settings is preferred
