This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive outpatient rehab team providing high-quality care in a sports and orthopedic therapy setting. Setting Overview: This outpatient facility offers comprehensive physical therapy services including orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and treatment for chronic conditions. Therapists here work one-on-one with patients to ensure the best outcomes through individualized treatment plans. Position Highlights: Conduct 60-minute evaluations and 45-60 minute treatments Daily caseload of 10-12 patients Focused, patient-centered care in a modern, team-driven environment Use of functional and evidence-based therapy strategies Responsibilities: Perform thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Collaborate with support staff to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Educate patients and families on progress and home programs Engage in team meetings and quality initiatives Qualifications: Active Indiana PT license or Compact License 2-3 years of outpatient ortho experience preferred (new grads welcome) Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills Proficiency with electronic documentation systems Why Work with HumanEdge Health?
