Join our dedicated team as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Connecticut , working 30 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-2:30 PM) . This flexible, part-time position offers a manageable caseload and a supportive environment to make a real impact. You will provide direct speech therapy services to 9 students , and consultative services for 6 students , ranging in age from 5 to 22 years old . Enjoy a structured schedule, diverse student population, and the opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary educational team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy to students with IEPs Support communication development across a wide age range (K-12 and transition-age students) Maintain documentation in compliance with Connecticut state and district guidelines Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals Position Details: Location: Connecticut Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-2:30 PM Hours: 30 hours/week Caseload: 9 students direct, 6 students consult Age Range: 5-22 years old Qualifications: Active Connecticut SLP license (or relevant discipline credentials) Prior school-based experience preferred Strong communication and time-management skills
