About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Therapist Assistant (SLPA) to join our home care team. In this role, you will support Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering quality care to both adult and pediatric patients in home-based settings. You will play a critical part in helping patients improve their communication skills while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive work culture. Responsibilities: Deliver therapy services as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Follow customized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication needs. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy activities as needed. Evaluate therapy outcomes and collaborate with the supervising SLP for continuous improvement. Work closely with PTs, OTs, and other team members to provide integrated, multidisciplinary care. Use CFR's online documentation system and therapy tools provided for streamlined workflow. Treat both adult and pediatric populations in their homes or day care settings. Qualifications: Certified by the National Board for Certification. Valid and current state license as a Speech Therapist Assistant. Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in patient care.
