Were looking for a passionate and motivated per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team who has experience treating orthopedics and sports medicine.

Per Diem - Varying shifts to cover the clinic operating hours of 7am-7pm Monday thru Thursday and 7am-5pm on Friday

This per diem role will cover our three West Hartford clinics as well as our Bloomfield and Farmington locations.

What Youll Do:

Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of physical challenges

Develop personalized care plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function

Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes

Empower patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life

• Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist
• Willing to travel to multiple clinics including West Hartford, Bloomfield and Farmington
• Current State of CT Physical Therapy license required
